How do I make a reservation?
Making a reservation is quick and easy on our user-friendly website. For long-term rental solutions, email us at support@rearviewrentals.com for a customized quote.

Who do you rent vans to?
RearView Rentals caters to families and friends, churches, colleges, organizations, corporate clients, bands, athletic teams, theatre groups, weddings, and more.

Do I have to see someone to get my van?
No, RearView Rentals is mostly contactless. Upon renting a Ford Transit, you'll receive a Van number and a code for access. Even if the van is dropped off for you, there will still be a code for access.

Can I buy extra insurance for my rental?
RearView Rentals offers an innovative cost-saving insurance structure. Your personal insurance must extend to rentals, and our insurance will respond second. Insurance is included in every rental.

How much does it cost to have a van delivered and/or collected for me?
RearView Rentals will deliver your van rental within a 20-mile radius for a $75 delivery fee. Collection within the same radius is also $75. Long-term rentals within this radius enjoy free delivery and collection.

What if I don’t want to refuel the vehicle?
You can choose a Fuel Top Off Service at checkout. Prices may vary based on the type of vehicle and the current gas prices.

Is there a minimum age to rent?
Yes, the minimum age to rent a vehicle is 25.

Do you offer unlimited mileage?
Each rental now comes with unlimited miles!

What make and model van do you have?
RearView Rentals specializes in Ford Transit 15-passenger low roof vans. We also offer a luxurious Mercedes Ultimate Coach 10-passenger van for special occasions.

What condition are the vans in?
Our vans are in top-notch condition, meticulously maintained for your safety and satisfaction. Each van is cleaned and inspected upon return.

Where are you located?
RearView Rentals is located at 805 Sunset Drive, Johnson City, Tennessee, across from Mahoney’s.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer deep discounts on long-term rentals. Contact us for a customized quote. Stay tuned for information about our loyalty and referral program coming in 2024.

Do you have long-term rental rates?
Absolutely! We offer discounted rates for vans rented monthly or yearly.

Do you offer one-way rentals?
RearView Rentals currently does not offer one-way long-distance rentals.

Do you provide a shuttle service from the airport?
We do not offer a shuttle service to or from the Tri-Cities Airport. However, we can drop off your van rental in one of the airport lots for contactless pickup, or you may opt for a ride-share vehicle to pick up your rental at our Johnson City location.

Can I drop the van off anywhere?
You may drop off the van at our Johnson City location. If your rental plans take you out of Johnson City, you can arrange to have your van picked up for an additional fee within our service area.

Do you offer any add-on amenities?
Yes, RearView Rentals offers add-ons for additional fees such as a case of water, for daily rent stroller, folding chairs, car seat, cooler, and beach wagon. If you need something else, feel free to email us at support@rearviewrentals.com.
